You can purchase the Old Masters Academy course using a debit/credit card or PayPal.
Can I cancel my membership and get a refund?

What courses does Old Masters Academy Academy offer?
There are two art courses:

What is the difference between the Online and Correspondence courses?
Old Masters Academy Online Course is a self-study, online video course where for a one-time payment you will get:
- 61 Video lessons on topics of how to draw and paint in oil
- Personal Support from the Academy tutors
- Place in our online Students Gallery
- Members-only newsletter
- Old Masters Academy Diploma of Excellence
In the Old Masters Academy Correspondence Course, you will get unlimited, personal, one-to-one tutoring from the academy tutors that is custom-tailored to your level of drawing skills and needs.
The Correspondence Course includes everything that is provided in the Old Masters Academy Online Course. In addition, for a one-time payment you will get:
- Lifetime Correspondence Course membership
- Dedicated team of art tutors
- Assessment of your current drawing skills
- Custom-tailored plan of your art skills development
- Individual curriculum of up to 50 art tasks
- Detailed instructions for every task
- Assessments of your progress and critiques of your artworks on the per-task basis
- Ongoing amendments of your individual plan depending on your progress and needs
In short, in the Online Course, you will learn how to paint like the Old Masters using modern materials by watching video lessons, receiving answers to your art questions and critiques of your artworks. In the Correspondence Course, in addition to all the benefits of the Online Course, you will also get dedicated art tutors for a lifetime who will personally teach you painting skills, task by task, for as long as you need it to achieve your drawing education goals.
How do I register for a course?
Simply decide what course you would like to enroll in, and after you make an online payment, you will be redirected to the Old Masters Academy account setup page. Upon registering for a membership account, you will get immediate and full access to all Old Masters Academy video lessons and educational materials and can start watching videos right away.
Correspondence Course students will also receive instructions from the academy tutors, advising what to do, step by step, for your drawing skills to be assessed and an individual curriculum created.
How do I upgrade or downgrade between courses?
Old Masters Academy Online Course students can upgrade for a one-time discounted payment to the full Correspondence Course membership at any time.
Because personal tutoring is a service, and as such it cannot be returned, downgrading from the Correspondence Course to the Online Course is possible but not refundable.
Are there any membership limitations?
As an Old Masters Academy student, you will have a lifetime membership and unlimited personal support from the Academy tutors. “Lifetime” refers to the life span of the Old Masters Academy website.
There are no deadlines, no limits, no time pressure. You can study at your own pace and watch video lessons as many times as you want.
How do I publish artworks in the Students Gallery?
You can submit your artworks online. The link is available on the Dashboard, the first page after login. Every artwork will be reviewed by the Support Team, which will notify the student via email when an artwork is published.
How do I submit my artworks and assignments for critique?
Simply submit your artworks online. Usually, every submission is answered within 48 hours.
Please note, by sending your artworks for critique, you give us a permission for your work to be published online with our feedback should we chose to do so.
You will receive a constructive critique from the Academy tutors via email.
How do I get personal support?
If you have any art-related questions or need some art advice, you can submit your message online. Most submissions are answered by email within forty-eight hours.
Such support is unlimited, includes artwork critiques and assignment assessments, comes at no extra charge, and is provided for a lifetime.
How do I get personal tutoring?
As an Old Masters Academy Correspondence Course student, you will have a dedicated team of art tutors.
All correspondence between you and the tutors will be in writing via email, so you will never lose what they said and what advice they provided.
Having all communication in writing helps us to keep track of your creative progress and enables every tutor to stay in the loop in terms of the drawing tasks and instructions you were given and the progress you reported.
Personal tutoring is focused on your drawing education goals and depends on the ongoing assessment of your art skills. You will have a custom-tailored curriculum of up to 50 art tasks that you will have to do, one by one, according to instructions from the tutors and under their guidance.
Such personal tutoring is unlimited and comes for a lifetime for a one-time payment.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply contact us to notify us of your decision.
Upon cancellation, your membership account will be deleted, and you will lose access to educational materials and services.
Membership cancellation does not, however, result in a refund.
How do I re-enroll to the Old Masters Academy course after cancellation?
You can re-enroll at any time. Simply purchase the art course of your choice and create a new Old Masters Academy account.
Please note, the course prices may go up in the future, and we cannot guarantee the current low fees next time you decide to re-enroll.
How do I get an Old Masters Academy Diploma?
The Old Masters Academy Academy Diploma of Excellence commemorates completion of a course.
There are no graduation exams; a diploma, however, is not issued automatically.
You can apply for a diploma online at any time after three months from enrollment.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
I forgot my login details
If you remember your login name but forgot a password, you can reset the password at any time. An email with reset link will be sent to your mailbox promptly. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. Alternatively, email us with a password change request.
If you are not sure about your login name, please email us for support. Do not try to login with login details you are not sure about, as your account can be blocked by the system after several unsuccessful login attempts.
A video lesson won’t play. What should I do?
Make sure you have HTML5 enabled web browser that is up-to-date. Simply refresh a video page or use another web browser.
Are there any access limitations?
You can enjoy your videos and bonuses by logging into the Members’ area as many times as you wish. However, the system monitors your logins activity. If the system detects suspicious login behavior, your account can be blocked for a certain period of time. To avoid being denied access, please make sure you keep your login details secure so that no strangers can abuse your membership.

My access is blocked! What should I do?
An account gets blocked in a case of several unsuccessful login attempts. If you entered invalid username or password several times and blocked your access, please wait for 30 minutes before resetting your password.
To avoid being blocked, please follow these common sense measures:
- Upon creating an account, please choose a hard-to-guess user name and password. A password must be at least 8 characters long
- Make a note of your login details and keep them secure
- Please note, your user name and password are CaSe SENsiTive
- If you copy/paste your login details to login, make sure you don’t copy additional spaces
- If the system alerts you that your login is failed do not continue guessing your password, instead email us and we will remind you of your correct login details.
