I am a 61-year-old Belgian dentist who discovered drawing 10 years ago. I trained in oil painting using Flemish techniques and also studied watercolor. Over the past two years, I have taken part in competitions and exhibitions, winning awards and selling some of my work.
I now wish to focus on portrait painting and composition. I discovered Old Masters Academy on Instagram, and Natalie Richy’s work truly reflects everything I love and admire in art. I am especially inspired by the beauty, grace, and harmony of Sandro Botticelli, whose work has deeply influenced my artistic sensitivity.
I am hardworking, passionate, and eager to grow. In my small city, there are no courses of this quality. Painting brings me joy, challenge, and deep fulfillment, which I love sharing with family and friends.
