Artwork by Anna Maria
At the age of ten, I began painting with oil paints on my own initiative. I’ve always admired the great masters such as Rembrandt and Leonardo.
In my youth I wanted to be a portrait painter. After high school, I spent a year in Europe. I frequently visited the art galleries
I also believe that modern art is becoming uninteresting due to its extreme photographic realism, and my goal is to preserve the richness of the old masters’ style while incorporating a modern perspective on the world.
Art provides an outlet for one’s creativity and freedom. I’ve wanted to draw like the old masters since I was a kid.
Thank you for creating an excellent initiative for all artists throughout the world.
