I have always loved arts

I am a self taught artist. Creating art isn’t something that I just enjoy doing, it is something that I have to do. It defines who I am. I do something everyday to improve my skills.

Because I cant afford to go to an actual art school I must do everything possible to learn on my own. I want to be able to tell my story through art.

I want others to FEEL what I feel. My interest in art is not fame, it is expressing one’s soul and connecting to others in that way.

Art is very important in my life, it takes me to another place. It is therapy for the soul not only as the artist but also as the viewer. It has the ability to transcend all boundaries and affects us all no matter what color of skin or language we speak in the same way which is through emotion.

I really want to win the Old Masters Academy course to improve my oil painting skills. I can paint all prima, but the multi-layer technique of the Old Masters always impressed me, so I want to master this method as well.
