I believe that l have a lot to learn and the old masters academy an help me

I am a Haitian artist. My name is Jordanne l am 17 years old , from Trinidad , since the age of five l have always been drawn to art , and through my little finger paintings, when l woul look at a subject and try to draw it , with little knowledge that had l would express myself. It was something l have always had a passion for despite having a very long way to go with respect to techniques ,values and form .l have never given up and intend not to . My passion for art is so endless , that after my schooling l intend to get a bachelor’s so that l could teach it , fulltime .

The first thing l would like to learn in art is to be able to draw from memory, express my thoughts on canvas to the fullest degree , and understand proportions when painting, value , form and techniques, bascially having a set foundation. I have seen the work from the old masters academy, and the before and after of students and it amazing to see the growth they’ve had . Not only is the old master academy artwork etremely experienced in realislism , but also there is a major appreciation that they have for the master’s of the art world that paved a way for our fountain and what we know today . I believe that l have a lot to learn and the old masters academy an help me .

I most definitely want to win this course because, l dont have the schooling resources in realistic art to get me started and if God’s willing l get through l know that l would use this opportunity the fullest extent , and be extermley appreciative . I think people should vote for me because it will help me immensely to getting access to understanding and learning what l need to know in order produce and express myself in the best way possible.
