I have been painting with water colors ever since my childhood. Liked painting a lot.. but due to my inner instincts of achieving something in life had to give up my hobby of painting.
It’s only in the locked down time that I got my painting instincts back together as there was no other way to express my interest to keep myself busy.. did I take some time out to start my hobby all over again..
I had never tried painting human figures before.. but was interested in still life, scenery, landscape painting.. but as there seemed to be ample time to try out new areas like human figures.. that required complete concentration,. I did try out some works of Salvatore Dali & Rubens paintings..
This painting of ‘Salvatore di Mundo’ by Vinci particularly was a challenge that I was willing to take to get this in water colors…!!!
Let me have your views and comments on this painting which I consider is my most challenging endeavour that I undertook to convince myself that I can do it…!!
